Our Story

We, Olive Branch, care begins with kindness

We believe that feeling seen, heard, and supported can make all the difference - especially at home. Olive Branch was created to offer families a gentler, more personal option for in-home care, rooted in trust, warmth and peace of mind.

We focus on what matters most: human connection. From meaningful conversation to thoughtful presence and everyday support, our goal is to help individuals feel comfortable, confident, and cared for in their own homes.

Olive Branch is intentionally small and locally focused. We take the time to understand each family's needs and thoughtfully match them with caregivers who lead with compassion, patience, and respect. Families work directly with us - not a call center, not a rotating system - which allows us to stay responsive, consistent, and genuinely involved.

We are proud to serve Cayuga, Seneca & Onondaga counties as a small, women-owned business, with care that feels personal, dependable, and grounded in kindness. When families choose Olive Branch - they're choosing reassurance, advocacy, and a steady presence they can trust.

At Olive Branch, we extend care the way it should be - gently, thoughtfully, and with heart.

Meet The Founder

Meet Ayleen LoMascolo, the Owner & Founder of Olive Branch Home Care.

Ayleen's journey began at an early age, as she discovered her deep-seated passion for helping others in their times of need. One particularly memorable moment from her childhood stands out vividly when she was just six years old, she noticed that a classmate was lacking proper clothing and did not have the financial means to purchase them. An act of kindness, she went home that evening, gathered several of her brand-new clothes, and the very next day, graciously handed them to her classmate. This self gesture was not just a fleeting moment; it marked the beginning of Ayleen’s lifelong dedication to service.

Growing up, she also developed a close connection and bond with her grandmother that has taught her many valuable life lessons and skills to help create the person she is today.

Today, Ayleen has carved out a niche for herself in the field of caring for the aging population. She feels a deep and meaningful connection to this demographic, understanding the importance of advocacy and support during their most challenging times. After all, these individuals once provided care for us, and now it is our responsibility—our privilege—to return the favor.

Her commitment to making a significant impact in the community has been her driving force throughout her career. With extensive experience gained from working in skilled nursing facilities, home care services, and non-profit organizations dedicated to the elderly, Ayleen's unwavering dedication toing positive change is nothing short of inspiring. She embodies the spirit of compassion and service, ensuring that the aging population receive the care and support they truly deserve.
