At this time, Olive Branch does not accept insurance as a form of payment and remains private pay. However, we will work with you and assist in the process of any Long Term Care Insurance claims and submissions to ensure a seamless process.

Yes, all services require a deposit. This will be equivalent to one week of services provided. Once your deposit has been taken, it will be applied towards all future invoices.

Yes! All of Olive Branch caregivers have a valid form of ID and transportation in order to bring clients to social outings, activities, and medical appointments as needed.

Call us as soon as you are in need of care. We will arrange a in-home consultation (complimentary) and develop a plan of care for you or your loved one. Once this has been established and your schedule of care has been made, we can begin staffing with our caregivers that are the best match. We normally offer a quick staffing timeframe.
