Olive Branch companion-care services are private pay. Medicare and Medicaid are not billed for these services. If your loved one has long-term-care insurance, we can help with the claim documentation many policies require. LTC insurance support →
02Who are your caregivers?
Every caregiver completes screening, onboarding, orientation, and core training before an assignment. Matching also weighs experience, reliability, availability, communication style, and household fit.
03How quickly can care start?
Urgent requests are reviewed quickly. Timing depends on the town, requested hours, service fit, and caregiver availability. Some cases can begin rapidly, but same-day coverage is never guaranteed.
04Can you cover a few hours or longer schedules?
Concierge Care covers shorter, focused visits. Longer, recurring, overnight, and high-hour schedules are reviewed individually based on the household and caregiver availability.
05Do you serve my town?
