The Hands That Make Care Possible at Home

When home starts feeling harder to manage, you should not have to become a care expert overnight. Olive Branch helps families understand what is changing, organize the next steps, and build support that feels steady, respectful, and sustainable.

You can come to us with questions—not a finished plan.

A steadier starting point

You do not have to carry every detail alone.

Maybe your parent is missing meals. Maybe your spouse needs more help after a hospital stay. Maybe siblings are coordinating from different cities. We begin by listening closely, naming what matters most, and helping your family decide what happens next.

01

Listen first

Your routines, concerns, preferences, and non-negotiables shape the conversation.

02

Make it clear

We translate a complicated moment into understandable choices and practical next steps.

03

Stay involved

As schedules and needs change, communication and coordination stay visible.

Small enough to know the details. Experienced enough to hold them.

Olive Branch is intentionally local and personal. These numbers are part of a growing story built one relationship at a time.

The facts families ask first

Practical answers before the first call.

Warmth matters. So do the details. Here is what families should know up front.

Payment

Private pay

Olive Branch companion-care services are private pay. Medicare and Medicaid are not billed for these services. Long-term-care insurance claim support is available for many families.

Caregiver preparation

Screened, onboarded, trained

Caregivers complete screening, onboarding, orientation, and core training before assignments. Matching also considers experience, reliability, availability, communication style, and household fit.

Scope

Nonmedical home care

Olive Branch provides nonmedical companion support. Skilled nursing, wound treatment, medication administration, and other clinical services require an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.

Starting care

Urgent requests reviewed quickly

Timing depends on the town, requested hours, service fit, and caregiver availability. Some cases can begin rapidly, but same-day coverage is never guaranteed.

Scheduling

From focused visits to high-hour care

Concierge Care supports shorter targeted needs. Longer, recurring, overnight, and high-hour arrangements are reviewed individually based on the household and staffing availability.

Coverage

Confirmed household by household

Our footprint spans Central New York through Western New York, but actual availability is confirmed by county, town, schedule, and caregiver fit.

Who is holding the details

Locally led. Personally accountable.

Olive Branch is led by two partners who stay close to family experience, operations, care coordination, and the systems behind dependable support.
